With reference to the subject cited Sri. S Hari Prasad and 4 others of Prakasam
District, Smt. K.Yasoda and 4 others of Guntur District, Sri. G.Ashok Kumar and 9
others of Prakasam District and Sri. M.Kumarbalu and 8 others of Chittoor District
have submitted representations to show vacancies arisen after 31-October-2020
up to 31-08-2021 in the transfer counselling to be conducted in pursuance to the
orders of the Hon’ble High court in WA’s No.80 of 2021 and batch and WP’No.
11631 of 2021 & batch, after considering the representations of the individuals
vide ref no.5 to 8 cited above, all the concerned teachers in said representation
are hereby informed that –
2. In GO.Ms.No.54 school Education (services. II) Department dated
12.10.2020 @ guideline 11 Notifcation of vacancies is specifed, in which at
clause (ii) it is cleared specifed that the cut-of date is 1.10.2020. the extract of
the same is herewith as follows:
9(ii) - The Headmaster/Teacher vacancies shall be computed based on the
UDISE data with cut-of date as on 01.10.2020 and by taking into
consideration the teacher pupil ratio and as per the re-apportion norms as
notifed by Government from time to time. This shall be reconfrmed by the
competent authorities after feld level verifcation with the approval of
District Collector (District Cadres) or Director of School Education (Zonal
Cadre), as the case may
