Issues raised by the M/S. Berger in weekly video conference held on 25.08.2021.

Nadu-Nedu, Phase-l program is taken up by the state Government to provide a

facelift to all the Government schools in the state and almost all the works are completed.

Further, it is noticed that some issues are pending at District level pertaining to

painting works and M/S Berger requested the following issues

during weekly video

conferences:

1) In 574 Schools ( list enclosed) where Joint Measurements are already taken up

by M/S Berger team and Field Engineers. joint measurement value should be

taken as the final measurement and the same should be updated in STMS and

recorded in M-Book.

2) In 14 Schools (list enclosed) Field Engineer entered zero value and based on the

work done the actual joint measurement recorded should updated in the STMS

software as well as in M-Book record.

3) In 4,500 Schools (list Enclosed) Joint measurement need to be done. The Mandal

Engineer Should accompany Berger representative to School Site and take actual

measurements and update the measurements in the STMS software & M.Book.

4) Payment of Pending Demo Schools painting work done by M/S/. Berger should

be processed and paid by PC immediately.

The M/S Tata Consultancy limited is requested to reopen the schools list enclosed

with this circular duly facilitating to re-enter the painting details as per agreed quantities

in STMS, AE Login and raise FTOs for those balance adjustment invoices.

These instructions are issued to ensure timely completion and close of painting works.
