Mana Badi Nadu Nedu – Adjustment of surplus amount available with Parents Committee transfer to needy schools of NABARD through Transfer Entry Order mechanism

Mana Badi Nadu Nedu, Phase-I is nearing completion and will be formally

closed soon.

It is noticed that still unspent money is available with certain Parent

Committees of some schools. As the ongoing NABARD works are in need of funds,

the DEOs & APCs are directed to take immediate action to transfer the unspent

balances from those schools to Parent Committees/Contractors of NABARD

Schools through TEO mechanism so that the progress of NABARD schools will be

expedited.

All the DEOs, APCs, EEs are requested to transfer the unspent balances

through TEO (fund transfer) mechanism. The details of funds provided to the

contractor through TEO shall be recorded in M book in Memo of payments. This

transferred money shall be accounted within Administrative Sanction.

Necessary provision shall be made available by M/S TCS enabling the

transfer of funds and accounted for in STMS.
