chool Education Department – Implementation of Hon'ble High Court orders in certain WPs, regarding revision of pension and refund the recovery amount – Instructions
While communicating a copy of the Govt. Memo in the reference
read above, all the District Educational Ofcers in the state are hereby
instructed to see that the orders of Hon'ble High Court in W.P.Nos.33315
of 2013, 22871/2013 and batch,22835 of 2013 & batch, 6431 of 2021,
31507 of 2013 & batch, W.P.No.6843, 6875, 7080, 7216, 7254, 7399,7477,
7539, 7924, 8358 and 9151/2021 etc., implemented regarding revision of
pension and refund the recovery amount as directed by the Government,
to avoid further legal complications in the matter.
Further, they are also requested to issue necessary instructions to the
Head of the Institutions/Head Masters concerned to prepare the bills and
submit the same to the STOs concerned duly enclosing the above
Govt.Memo. immediately and submit the compliance report to this ofce.
