Aided Schools- Certain instructions

he attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education

and the District Educational Ofcers in the state is drawn to the references

read above and they are informed that certain District Educational Ofcers

and Regional Joint Directors of School Education, while submitting the

detailed reports to this ofce, mentioning the stafng pattern as provided

under G.O.Ms.No.40 SE Dept Dt.18.06.2013 for promotions/absorption and

G.O.Ms.No 104 Edn Dept Dt.30.01.1978 for transfers of aided teachers.

2. In this connection, all ofcers in School Education are aware that an

interim stay is there on G.O.Ms.No.40 SE Dept Dt.18.06.2013 in two W.P

filed against the said G.O by Honbble High Court, A.P. Further after

enactment of A.P Education Act 1982, and rules issued in G.O.524, all

previous G.Os were not in force.

3. In view of the above circumstances, All the Regional Joint Directors of

School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the State are

requested not to furnish any proposals citing the provisions under

G.O.Ms.No.40 SE Dept Dt.18.06.2013 till the interim directions are vacated

and the provisions under G.O.Ms.No 104 Edn Dept Dt.30.01.1978 as the GO

is no longer in force

4. The Private Educational Institutions rules 1993 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1,

dated.1-1-1994 are a statutory nature. Hence for all purposes of Aided

institutions i.e. need in case of recruitment, promotions and administration

the said rules and for taking disciplinary action against the management

section 46 of A.P. Education Act, and for absorptions, G.O.41, dated.30-6-

2017 shall be followed.
