– State Functions – Certain arrangements for the Independence Day Celebrations-2021 – Pattern of Celebration in District Head Quarter and Head of Institutions – Guidelines and preventive steps
While enclosing a copy of the reference read above, all the Regional
Joint Director of School Education / District Educational Ofcers in the
State are requested to follow the guidelines issued by the Government and
issue necessary instructions to the concerned for celebrating
Independence Day duly following Covid-19 guidelines.
The Regional Joint Director of School Education / District Educational
Ofcers in the State are further informed that at District Level the fag
shall be hoisted by the
District Educational Ofcer / Regional Joint Director
of School Education and at School Level it should be hoisted by the
Chairman, Parents' Committee.
