The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference read above and

they are informed that it was brought to the noticed that certain Aided

institutions/managements requested the Government by filing Court cases to

sanction MG Grant even though they have not submitted the Annual

Administration Report to the competent authority with in time as per Rule 20 of

G.O.Ms.No: 1 Edn; dated 1.1.1994.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

Educational Officers in the state are requested to issue

necessary instructions to all the Correspondent/Special Officers of Aided schools

in their jurisdiction with a request to submit the Annual Administration Report as

per Rule 20 of G.O.Ms.No.01 Edn; Dept; Dt.01.01.1994 to the competent authority

District

by 30th September 2021 with out fail.

In this regard, they are requested to submit the defaulters list if any by 01-

10-2021 to this office without fail for taking disciplinary actions as per rules.

This item of work shall be treated as Most Urgent.
