School Education – COVID 19 - Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE)- Intensive IEC/BCC Activities-day to day activities monitoring – Profroma communicated by HM&FW Dept, - Certain instructions issued

The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Ofcers in the State is invited to ref 8th cited, wherein the Prl.Secy,

HM&FW informed that, the Hon’ble Chief Secretary reviewing frequently on

implementation of COVID Appropriate Behaviour. Further, the Government has

disseminated several IEC materials on COVID 19 and for close monitoring

purpose one proforma has been designed by Health, Medical and Family

Welfare Department and it will be reviewed every week. (proforma copy

enclosed)

Sri B.Pratap Reddy, Director, SCERT is requested to coordinate with the

Health, Medical & Family Welfare (HM&FW) Dept., GoAP to monitor and

awareness campaign on COVID Appropriate Behaviour and dissemination of IEC

materials across Schools & related communicates.

In view of the above, the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to issue

instructions to feld level functionaries and disseminate the IEC materials

received from the GoI as well as State Government to mainstream Corona

Responsive Behavior (CRB) across Schools & related communicates and

necessary arrangements shall be made for proper display of the posters

and

paintings in schools and also requested to furnish the information in given google
