School Education –A.P. Model Schools – Conducting online classes for Senior Intermediate Students from 28-07-2021 to 26-08-2021- Certain instructions

ORDER

In continuation of instructions issued in the reference cited, all the District

Educational Officers and Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are hereby

informed that the Go9ernment has cancelled the SSC Public Examinations 2021

and IPE 2021, due to spreading of second wa9e of Co9id-19.

Keeping in 9iew of the abo9e, the Director of School Education A.P., Amara9ati

is pleased to accord permission to all the District Educational Officers and

Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State to continue “VIDYA VAHINI” Program

and conduct online classes for Senior Intermediate students for a further period

from 28-07-2021 to 26-08-2021 or till direct teaching is resumed in

junior colleges, whiche9er date is earlier.

The Principals are directed to issue necessary instructions and guidelines to

senior Intermediate students to login as usual to Webex App which was pro9ided

by this office for attending online classes.

The District Educational Officers and Principals are requested to ensure that

maximum number of students should attend the online classes.

The District Program Co-coordinators are requested to monitor the online

classes with the help of two teachers who ha9e technical knowledge for

successful running of online classes. Further, they are requested to submit daily

report on attendance in the proforma already communicated without fail.

The Principals are requested to gi9e necessary direction to the students who

do not ha9e smart/android phones to use any alternate number from their friends

/ relati9es for utilization of online classes.

The Schedule with action plan for each district is herewith enclosed with

instructions to all the District Educational Officers and District Program Co-

coordinators in the State to identify the interested teachers for streaming online
