Sub:- SSC Public Examinations-2021-Convening meeting at Chambers of

the DGE-on 22-01-2021at 11:00 am-Depute Personnel - Requesting- Reg.

With reference to the subject cited, I am to inform you that the preparatory work for

ensuing SSC Public Examinations in 2021 has already been started in this office and is awaiting

commencement of schedule. In this connection, it is decided to convene a meeting at the

he DGE, at Gollapudi, Viiavawada on 22-01-2021 at 11:00 am to discuss various

chambers o

examinations related issues and ETRs of Schools, Permissions for Addl. Sections, Details of the

schools i.e. name, address, Phone number of the Head Master concerned, mail-id of the school

and corrections if any in the compact names etc.

In view of the above, I request you to make arrangements to depute the following

officials to the above said meeting with an instruction to attend scrupulously.

1. Assistant Commissioner for Government Examinations, O/o the DEO.

2. Secretary, DCEB.

3. One representative from every association of private management schools from every

district in the State.

. One State Executive body member of the Private Aided Schools Association(s).
