Revised schedule for exercising options by the HMs, SA(Telugu/Hindi/Phy. Edn) relating to court cases-Instructions–

In compliance to the directions issued by Hon'ble AP High Court in

WP No.21482/2020, a revised schedule was communicated vide reference

5th cited for submission of options from the School Assistants (Telugu),

School Assistants (Hindi) in the districts of Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam,

SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor, Kurnool. Similar schedule was also

communicated for the headmasters Gr.II in compliance to the directions

issued by Hon'ble High Court in WP No.22683 of 2020 and also in case of

School Assistants (Physical Education) in the district of Kurnool in WP No.

20944 of 2020.

2. Whereas, the APCFSS, the technical partner for the web counselling

of teachers transfers requested vide reference 6th cited above, that in

view of the present workload on them for generating the teachers

transfers orders till 18-1-2021, to reschedule the dates for submission of

options in this case from 22-1-2021.

3. Further, a number of SGTs in those districts have been promoted as

School Assistants (Telugu), School Assistants (Hindi) in the districts of

Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor,

Kurnool School Assistants (Physical Education) in Kurnool district
