SSC Examinations-Inclusion of UDISE Codes in the order copy of newly opening schools, Renewal Recognition and additional sections- Instructions

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are

informed that Director of Govt. Examinations, A.P, Vijayawada in the reference

cited informed that UDISE Code is not being mentioned on the copies of

permission for opening, Recognition, Renewal Recognition and sanction of

Additional section orders and this is causing difficulty in identifying the correct

school for which orders were issued and also confusion regarding the recognition

of schools with same names.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education are

requested to mention the UDISE Code of the school on the order copies of

permission for opening, Recognition, Renewal Recognition and additional sections

without fail.
