Private Un-aided schools- Inspections conducted by APSERMC- Defects noticed- Instructions issued for closure of schools until defects rectified- further instructions

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational officers in the State are informed that members and nominated

members of AP School Education Regulation and Monitoring Commission

(APSERMC) have inspected several Private Un-aided schools and identified the

defects /deviations and recommended to take action against those schools .

Accordingly, instructions were issued to concerned RJDSEs and DEOs to

issue proceedings to those managements of the schools to rectify the

irregularities observed by the inspecting team and till then concerned

Management shall not be allowed to open the school for the academic year 2020-

2021 and also instructed that after rectification of defects the management has

to upload the details on the commission website.

Further the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Officers are informed that instructions were also issued in the

reference 1st cited to submit the details in a Proforma along with rectifications

and explanations and to upload in the Commission’s website and also with their

specific recommendations.

In this context, several Managements of the schools have submitted

explanations along with the rectification of defects and the concerned Regional

Joint Directors of the School Education have submitted proposals and

recommended for opening of schools. Some of the Managements of the schools

who have served show cause notices have also submitted their explanations to

this office.

After reviewing the entire issue, all the Regional Joint Directors of School

Education and District Educational officers in the state are hereby requested to

take necessary action at their end for issuing orders for opening of schools if they

satisfied and ensured that the managements have rectified all the defects noticed

by the APSERMC during their visits by duly uploading the same in commission’s

website. If any defect is noticed in later inspections of the schools, necessary

action will be initiated against the concerned persons.
