ORDER

The attention of all the Principals Government DIETs in the state is invited to the

reference read above and they are requested to conduct the District level Kala Utsav Programme-

2020 on 07/12/2020 to 09/12/2020 through Virtual mode only. The details of the Programme are as

follows.

Eligibility: Students of Classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th of any Government and Government Aided

and private schools can participated in Kala Utsav 2020. Schools of other Central Government

Organization Local Bodies (Like CTSA/ Demonstration Multipurpose of schools (DMS) of NCERT/

Railway Schools, BSF/CRPF/Army/Air force/Cantonment Boards/NDMC etc.) Located in the

State/Union Territory will participate at the District and State Level competitions etc. along with the

other schools of the State/UT. The KVS and NVS will hold competitions amongst the KVS and NVS and

the winning Teams will participate as two separate teams from KVS and NVS at National Level. Thus

total teams participating at the National Level will be 38 or 36 states.
