Introduction of Bharat Scouts and Guides Activities under the Self Defence Training Programme to the Girls in the K.G.B.V. Schools during the year 2020-21 -Orders
All the District Educational Officers and all the Additional Project Coordinators
of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Samagra Shiksha Society has
decided to implement all the activities of Bharat Scouts and Guides, India through
A.P. Bharat Scouts and Guides Association, Vijayawada in all the Kasturba Gandhi
Balika Vidyalayas under Self Defence training Programme to the Girls in the State
during the year 2020-21 .
The above Officers are requested to issue instructions to all the Heads of the
Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas in the State to identify one lady teachers working
in the school to be the Guide Captains and to run the Guide Units in each school.
The A.P. BS&G will conduct Basic Course of Training to all the identified Guide
Captains for 7 days.
All the D.E.Os/A.P.Cs are informed that the Heads of the Kasturba Gandhi
Balika Vidyalayas may be instructed that necessary Uniform, Materials to the Guide
Captains as well as Guide Students and also BS&G Literature, Camp Materials will be
supplied to all the schools separately as and when the A.P.BS&G, State Headquarters
office delivered the same.
