A,P has proposed to implement the innovative program called 'VIDYARTHI

VIKASAM' lor Improving the Holistic Devetopment of chitdren cluring

2020-2021 in government Elementary, secondary & Sr.secondary schools.

The Andhra Pradesh government has improved both access to and equity

in education across the state, the 'quality' aspect of education still needs

improvement and also needed specific programmes to achieve holistic

development of the student. The Government of Andhra Pradesh State has

decided to conduct an ambitious State Initiative programme under the caption

"Vidyarthi Vikasam" to improve the quality of education and to achieve overall

development of the Students studying in both elementary and secondary level

Govt/Govt aided schools in the state.

The aim of the "Vidyarthi Vikasam" programme is to achieve the holistic

development of the student and to improve the learning levels of students

through systemic interventions/programmes/activities. The key Objectives of the
