HR Data confirmation by all the DDOs in the State – Uploading of data of all the teachers and other field level staff – completion of work in 3 days

All the Regional Joint Directors and the District Educational Officers

in the State are informed that Government is planning for bifurcation of

Districts in the State. For this, the HR data of all employees is necessary

to allocate them to the newly proposed Districts. Further Government

have decided for auto-generation of HR data and budget in CFMS. As most

of the revenue expenditure is involved towards HR cost and it is highly

complex involving 27/28 categories, cadre wise and DDO-wise

confirmation is essential at this juncture replacing the existing practice of

annual collection of HR data from all the Government Departments and

other Agencies.

In this exercise for arriving accurate and transparent HR data, it is

enabled access to pre-populated data in the system which contains the

data, already confirmed by the Departments in CFMS and enabled for

uploading the required data of all the employees (Teachers and other all

field level officers/staff). The DDO’s have to upload the HR data and

confirm the data made available to them in “Budget portal” of CFMS, with

respect to their Office records and sanctioned cadre strength etc.

The DDO needs to select his /her level of Office i.e Secretariat, HOD,

Zonal, Multi-zonal, Dstrict ,Sub-Divisional, Mandal, Village etc, in the web-

portal and ensure that HR details shall be uploaded in the column

prescribed.

It is a highly significant task and, thus, all the DDOs have to pay

personal attention for uploading HR data within the time, stipulated by the

Government. As per the Director of Treasuries 5417 DDOs are working

under School Education Department at various levels. They all have to

upload the HR data of each and every employee irrespective of cadre and

place of working. Required announcement and information was already
