The attention of District Educational Officers Ex-officio Project Coordinators,

Additional Project Coordinators in the State is invited to the references read above ,certain

APCs in the State have requested to permit them to take up admissions for the existing

vacant seats for classes 7th and 8th for the year 2020-21.

In this regard it informed that, vide reference 1st cited instructions were already

issued to take up admissions for the remaining seats in classes 6th and Intermediate 1st

year with the approval of the District Level Committee as the Joint Collector as Chairman. In

view of the requests from the APCs, permission is hereby accorded for taking up admissions

with the approval of the DLC for the existing vacant seats for classes 7th and 8th for the

year 2020-21 as per eligibility and priority and not exceeding 40 seats in each Class and also

not exceeding 200 per each KGBV.

The process of flling up of all the remaining seats in the VII and VIlI classes

including the previously permitted classes in the KGBVs shall be completed on or before

20.12.2020.

The APCs are requested to give this item top priority and report compiiance.
