All the District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra
Shiksha in the State are informed that, the schedule for the telecast of Video Lessons for
the Students from 01/12/2020 to 15/12/2020 for 11 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday
and Govt. Holidays) is communicated herewith (annexure-1).

These video lessons are being telecasted weekly 5 days (Monday to Friday) and
daily 6 hours through DD (Saptagiri Channel) from class 1st to 10th from 01/12/2020 to
15/12/2020 for 11 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Govt. Holidays).
All the District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra
Shiksha in the State are directed to communicate this schedule to all the inspecting
officers under their jurisdiction and also print and electric media wise publicity to ensure

that these video classes should reach all the students in their districts concerned.
Further concerned District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of
Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to depute the concerned subject teachers
Annexure-II to the DDK, Vijayawada against their dates for recording the video lessons.

This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra
Pradesh.
