In continuation of this office instructions vide reference 2nd cited, all the

DEOS & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of

Samagra Shiksha and all the Principals of Govt. DIET in the state are informed

that the Shaala Siddhi Team (For Pranati Panda), Department of School and Non

Formal Education and School Standards and Evaluation Unit, NIEPA, New Delhi

has informed as follows:

1. They are requested to organize an online orientation programme for Nodal

Officers, BEO, DEO, Principals and Teachers. If you need any academic

support or Resource Persons from NIEPA, do let us know. NIEPA is ready

to extend all the required support for the orientation.

2. They hope Andhra Pradesh state is translating all the documents of Shaala

Siddhi in your respective regional languages.

3. Uploading of Self-Evaluation for the academic year 2019-2020 they will be

freezed after 30t November 2020. Therefore, they are requested to

complete the Self-Evaluation and upload in the web poral by 30tn

November 2020. They are also requested to initiate the Self-Evaluation for

the academic year 2020-21 in the hardcopy.

4. This is also requested that to continue the process of External-Evaluation

in your respective Andhra Pradesh state and upload the same in the web

portal where 'School External-Evaluation' needs to be done for at least

one-third of the total number of school every year.

5. They are preparing the analytic report for reference. They will share at the

earliest.

In this regard, all the DEOS & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addi.

Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and all the Principals of Govt. DIET in

the state are requested to take further necessary action in this matter and

complete the said programme and upload in the web portal by 30 November,

2020.
