Opening of PF Account to Employees and Teachers of ULBs – Certain instructions issued

he attention of the Commissioners of all the Urban Local Bodies in the State

is invited to the references cited and it is informed that the DTA, Ibramhimpatnam

has convened a meeting on 20.10.2020 at O/o the DTA, Ibrahimpatnam on opening

of P.F Accounts to the Teachers and Employees working in Urban Local Bodies in the

State appointed prior to 01-09-2004 and covered under 010 salary. During the said

meeting the committee has requested the MA & UD Dept., as envisaged here under

• To update the existing PF accounts of all the municipal employees and

Municipal Teachers and also arrive the total amount of each without missing

credits.

• To arrive at the individual PF balances along with accumulated interest and

drawls such as Part final withdrawal and Temporary advance, recovered

installments, loan etc.

• To certify the balance amount of every PF account of the employees and the

teachers by the Commissioners concerned.
