In the reference 3d cited above instructions were issued to all the Nadu

Nedu Implementing agencies, to register their savings bank account details in

STMS website., and to raise FTOs through STMS for drawl of Service Charges

Quality assurance charges on the expenditure incurred by the agencies

In the reference 5 cited above, Govt have issued certain revised

guidelines regarding distribution of service charges quality assurance charges

to the Executive agencies for implementation of the Nadu Nedu program. In

which the state govt have informed that except APEWIDC, remaining all the

implementing agencies are getting funds from Government to meet the

expenditure on establishment, operation and maintenance charges. The Govt

also informed that Samagra Shiksha society also gets funds as management

cost in the Ratio 60:40 from the Central and State Government respectively

Hence Govt permitted this office to pay service charges, Quality

assurance charges to the APEWIDC only as per G.0 cited in the reference 1st
