All the Dist. Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators

and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

informed that the Joint Secretary (Inst.), Ministry of Education, DosE&L,

Gol, New Delhi has informed that, ensuring the wearing of Mask, following

Physical Distancing and maintaining of Hand Hygiene in Office function on

regular basis. As aware, 26th November is celebrated as Constitution Day

to commemorate the adoption of Constitution of India. Every year, as

part of celebrations a number of activities aimed at highlighting and

reiterating the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution are

organized. In this regard, Hon'ble Prime Minister will be reading the

Preamble at 11.00 AM on 26th November, 2020. In this connection,

it would be grateful if you may conduct Reading of Preamble at 11.00 AM

along with Hon'ble Prime Minister in offices under your jurisdiction duly

following COVID protocols. in this regard other activities including

Talks/Webinar etc on constitution values and fundamental principles of the

Indian Constitution may also be organized. While doing so it may be

ensured that guidelines issued in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic are

adhered to.

The Joint Secretary (Inst.), Ministry of Education, DoSE&L, Gol,

New Delhi has further requested to issue necessary_instructions to

schools to ensure the maximum_participation of students and

other stakeholders with strictly following COVID 19 protocols.
