While enclosing herewith the copies of the references 1st and 2nd

cited all the DEOs in the State are requested to instruct all the HMs of the

schools regarding Armed Forces Flag Day to be held on December 7th and

to collect the donations from the students voluntarily and also handover

the collected amount to the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer at the District level

under intimation to this office.
