Procurement of Provisions to all the KGBVs in the State - Through District Purchase Committee – Certain Guidelines
In continuation to the orders issued in the reference read above all the District
Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinator/ Addl. Project Coordinator are here by
directed to procure the Provisions to all the KGBVs concerned duly following guidelines
through District Purchase committee.
Guidelines to District Educational Officers & EOPC/ Additional Project
Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha for procurement of Provisions and other items
1. District Purchasing Committee (DPC) under the Chairmanship of the Joint
Collector formed for procurement of different provisions and items required will
finalize the Suppliers and the Rates for the KGBVs as per the Procedure therein.
2. District wise tenderers may be called for procurement of provisions.
3. The convener has to prepare the tender schedule and the material for which
tenders are to be called for.
4. In case of Vegetables and Fruits, the convener has to prepare the
details/quantity of last one year consumption of each vegetables and finalize the rate
basing on the tentative quantity required.
5. Based on the tenders received, the DPC shall finalize the list of Suppliers along
