Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Joint
Secretary (SS-II), Ministry of Education, DoSE&L. GoI, New Delhi has
communicated the guidelines regarding release of funds under the Centrally
Sponsored Scheme to States / UTs in which certain components were
implemented through the NGOs/CSOs/VOs etc.
Further, they informed that the Niti Aayog vide O.M.No.11/
(13)2/2020-VAC dated: 21st July, 2020 (copy enclosed) has requested to
ensure the registration of all such NGOS / CSOs/VOs etc. taking grants
from States /UTs under Centrally Sponsored Schemes should also
register/signup on NGO Darpan Portal of NITI Aayog.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators of
Samagra Shiksha in the State are herewith informed to verify the
credentials of
NGOs/CSOs/VOs etc. under OSC (Out of School Children)
interventions of A.P Samagra Shiksha and also they have to register/signup
in NGO Darpan Portal of NITI Aayog on or before 20.10.2020 and submit the
compliance report to this office.
