Jagannana Vidya Kanuka– Distribution of School Kits – Certain instructions –Instructions issued

In continuation of this office instructions issued All the Regional Joint

Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra

Shiksha in the State are informed that certain requests are been received with

respect to the distribution of JVK kits through authentication from mothers, but

as some of the students represented that due to non-available of theirs mother

with different reasons. (Legally Separated, Died, Hospitalized, and Migrated)

In the said circumstances Regional Joint Directors, District Educational

Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra Shiksha are requested to allow

the students to get the JVK kits by considering their bio metric

authentication(THUMB ,IRIS) or by the guardian certified by the concerned

Head master.

Further requested to facilitate all students until the last beneficiary

receives the JVK Kit without any hardship to the students and issue necessary

instructions to the Head masters immediately.
