Certain Instructions on Reapportionment of Teachers

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Officers in the state are informed that various Teacher Unions

have represented to take into consideration of the increased enrollment in

the schools during 2020-21 as basis for the Teacher apportionment

instead of the Child Info as on 29.02.2020.

Video conference was conducted with all the Regional Joint

Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state

and detailed discussion was conducted regarding Child Info. The Regional

Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the

state have requested to extend the time for updation of the Child Info.

Further, they requested to authorize the Mandal Educational Officer to

update Child Info of children admitted from Private schools to

Government schools.

Basing on the suggestions expressed by the Regional Joint Directors

of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state, it is

decided to.take up Reapportioriment of Teachers exercise on the Child

Info as on 02.11.2020.

In view of the above, the following instructions are issued in

continuation of the proceedings in the reference 4th cited.

1. Re-apportionment exercise should be taken up basing on the

Child Info as on 02.11.2020 but not Child Info as on 29.02.2020

data.

2. Child info data should be updated in cases like New admissions,

Migrated children, Govt., to Govt.,
