Representation of Certain NGOs/Trusts with regard to procurement and supply of Peanut Jaggery Chikki to the children of their respective schools

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are drawn

to the reference read above, (copy encl) wherein certain NGOs has represented

that they are supplying Peanut Jaggery Chikki to their schools under phase I to V

and requesting to issue instructions of the District Educational Officers in the

State so as to enable to get to certify their invoices.

In this context, the all the District Educational Officers in the state are

requested to take immediate action on countersigning the Peanut Jaggery Chikki

invoices duly verifying with the bills along with mandal wise statement/

acknowledgements and also to ensure in maintenance of records/ evidences of

distribution and payment according to distribution without excess or erroneous

payments with reference to the approved rate of Rs.135/- per Kg of Peanut

Jaggery Chikki. The bills should reach this office within 15 days so as to clear the

payments to the NGOs/Trusts.
