All the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers are here by instructed

that the Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to conduct the examination from 20.09.2020 to

26.09.2020 to fill the vacancies in the 19 categories of posts in Village and Ward Secretariats in the

district for effective transparent delivery of public services. The written exam will be conducted from

20.09.2020 to 26.06.2020 in two sessions i.e., one in the morning and another in the afternoon.

The District Administration has identified various institutions/ Colleges as Examination

centers for the conduct of village / ward secretariate staff recruitment examination - 2020. As per the

schedule only the first day exam i.e, 20.09.2020 falls on Sunday and the remaining exam dates fall on

working days.

Further they are informed that to avoid in convince to the candidates and for smooth conduct

of exams the Govt, has issued instructions and requested the District Collectors to declare the local

holiday in the Institutions/ College/Schools which are identified as Examination Centers on the exam

dates.

Hence, in view of the instructions issued by the Government, local holiday on the day of

examination has been declared to the Institutions where the examinations are going to be held on the dates

noted against each center (Annexure enclosed) by the District Collecto, Kurnool to avoid inconvenience

to the candidates and also for smooth conduct of examination.

Therefore the incharge concerned shall follow the instructions scrupously. Any deviation of

the instructions will be viewed very seriously
