Proposal for conducting on line classes for all students studying in the Govt/Aided Jr Colleges in the State- Utilization of the Virtual Classrooms in High Schools the nearby GJCs-Seeking permission - Instructions
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above,
wherein the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP has stated that on
line classes are being conducted to the students pursuing Intermediate education in
Govt and Aided Jr Colleges in the State. It is noticed that 50% of the Intermediate
Students of the said Colleges are not having access to technological gadgets
required for attending the on line classes and requested to kindly issue necessary
instructions to the District Authorities and Head Masters to give access to Virtual
Classrooms available in certain Schools for accessing online classes in prescribed
time schedule to the intermediate Students following all the protocols of COVID 19.
Early Orders solicited in the matter.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to all
the Head Masters of all Govt. Schools where virtual classrooms are available to give
access for online classes in prescribed time schedule to the intermediate Students
duly following all the protocols of COVID 19.
