The attention of all the District Educational Officers &Ex-

Officio Project Coordinators /Additional Project Coordinators,

Samagra Shiksha, in the State are informed that during the AWP &

B 2018-19 the State Government submitted proposals for up

gradation of 31 KGBVs in the EBBs of the 13 districts of AP. The

MHRD accepted the PAB -2018-19 proposal of the State

Government and the same was approved by the Government vide

ref 5th &6th cited above.

Subsequently vide ref 7th cited instructions were issued to all

the DEOs /APCs to arrange class rooms, accommodation, toilets and

and all amenities to the students commencing from the academic

year 2018-19.

It was mandatory to run only one group in one KGBV as per

MHRD guidelines. But out of 31KGBVs,25 KGBVs were filled with 80
