Portal Best practices 2020 Certain Instructions to the all the

DEOs & APCs in the State - Issued.

All the DEOs & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Add. Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that, Shagun

Portal was launched by the MHRD, Government of India, which is a

repository of innovative Practices, Success Stories initiated across all the

States and Union Territories in the area of Elementary and secondary

education and the PAB evaluation is also based on the Shagun Best

Practices. Hence it is decided that each DEOS/ APC/ Lecturer / Sectoral

Asst Sectoral shall submit at least one case study on interventions of APSS

every fortnight to the under signed in the soft copy for onward

submission to NCERT and MHRD, New Delhi for uploading in Shagun

portal.

The sectoral officers, coordinators of every district shall submit one

case study of their scheme with details of beneficiaries and the DEOs and

APCs are requested to send best practices of their district by any

teacher/lecturer/school/Out of school children hostels/Bavitha centres/

KGBVs etc to this office duly sending details in the prescribed format.
