Attention of ll the District Education officers and Addl. Project Co

ordintatiors of Samagara Shiksha in the A.P State are invited to the subject

cited wherein during the field visit of the Advisor (Infra), it came to know that

there are some excess cement, Sand and other material available in some

schools because of various reasons.

It is necessary to transport this excess cement, sand or any material to

needy schools. The money shall be adjusted from one school to another

school through cheque's, the buying school should be given cheque to selling

school. The buying school shall incur transportation cost to transport the

cement to their school. MEOs, Mandal Engineer's and Dy EEs should facilitate

this so that excess cement is not spoiled.

Further it is instructed that to take care of proper storage of cement

during monsoon. The HMs are permitted to buy tapaukin sheets| blue

polythene sheets to cover the cement even if the cement is inside the room.

Therefore all the DEOS, APCS of Samagra Shiksha and Executive

Engineers are requested to follow the above guidelines scrupulously and they

are requested issue the above instructions to all the H.Ms, MEOS and Field

Engineers in the A.P State
