ORDER:

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited

to the reference read above, where in the information pertaining to the Schools,

Teachers, Children and infrastructure is being captured through UDISE+ portal

which helps the department to improve the quality and to help in analysis of the

data so as to monitor the progress of the schools

of Andhra Pradesh is monitored by Government of India.

In this context, a detailed review has been taken up on UDISE+ and it is

observed that, the data entered by the schools is imprecise or unfilled which

resulted in low ranking and performance.

After going through the data, major discrepancies were identified on the

following and it is strictly instructed to concentrate on the following areas while

entering the data.
