The District Educational Officers, Srikakulam,

Vizianagaram,

Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, and Krishna districts are informed that, earlier work

order was issued to M/s Chinar Scientific Industries, Delhi vide reference 1st cited, to

supply 245-Science kits and 716-Maths kits to the selected Secondary Schools in

Andhra Pradesh during the year 2018-19.

M/s Chinar Scientific Industries, Delhi has submitted the delivery challan

which is obtained from the Deputy Education Officers concerned vide reference 2nd

cited.

Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, and Krishna districts are directed to

obtain the 10% schools sample verification on utilization of kits report from the

concerned Deputy Educational Officers with regard to the Science and Maths kits to

the Secondary schools of their respective divisions (List enclosed) and submit the

said report to this office for taking further necessary action.

In view of the above, the District Educational Officers, Srikakulam,
