Submission UCs for 2019-20 and requirement of rice for Girls Hostels 2020-21 - Regrading

I am to inform that a proposal has to be submitted to the Government of

India for allocation of Rice for 1st half year 2020-21 under Welfare Institutions and

Hostels Scheme along with the details of Institutions /hostels, sanctioned and actual

strength and requirement of rice along with Utilization Certificate for the rice

released for the year 2019-20 under Welfare Institutions and Hostels Scheme. The

details also to be kept in State Government portal maintained by NIC.

I, therefore, request to send Utilization Certificate for the rice released

during the year 2019-20, district-wise and month-wise along with the details of

number of Welfare Institutions and Hostels Residential Schools and sanctioned

/actual strength etc., in the proforma-1 (enclosed) and category-wise number of

ST /SC OBC & other students and percentage in the prescribed proforma in

Annexure–II and III (enclosed ) and also the requirement of rice for the year 2020-21

as the said information has to be furnished to the Government of India for seeking

rice allocation under Welfare Institutions and Hostels Scheme for the Academic year
