The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the

reference cited, and they are informed that the Computer Based Test for LP CET-2020

will be conducted on 26.06.2020 (Afternoon) in one session in all districts. Hence, they

are informed to take the following steps for smooth conduction of the test:

1. Conduct coordination meeting on or before 22.06.2020 with Heads of Departments

viz., Police, Medical, RTC, Electrical ete., under the Chairmanship of the Collector

& District Magistrate for smooth conducting of Computer Based Test of LP CET

2020.

2. Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad will provide Centre Owner, Invigilators,

Technical Stafi, 1T Manager and Volunteers in each Examination Centre.

3. Identity cards will be provided to the above staff.

4. For each center of up to 500 candidates, appoint one Departmental Officer

(DyEO/MEO/Gr-II HM) to act as Center Level Observer for one session of the day.

5. For each center of above 500 candidates, appoint two Departmental Officers

(DyEO/MEO/Gr-II HM) for each center to act as Center Level Observers for one

session of the day.

6. The Departmental Officers allotted to the centers should approach the Center

Level Technical Observer of the Agency on the day of Computer Based Test and

obtain Photo Nominal Rolls cum Attendance Sheets. After completion of the Test

the Nominal Rolls should be preserved in the office of concerned District

Educational Officer.

7. Provide Scribes with SSC standard to the blind candidatesand physically

handicapped candidates without hands and fingers as per the center wise list.

8. Make arrangements for providing one Police Constable at each center for one

session of the day.

9. White papers may be provided to the candidates for rough work if necessary.

10. Remuneration amount for the personnel engaged in the examination will be

transferred to the Account of District Educational Officers in the State as per norms

in due course.

11. Give wide publicity regarding the test in all local media.

12. Take all necessary steps as per rules to conduct the test smoothly and properly.
