In continuation of the earlier instructions issued in the reference read above,

all the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that to ensure

that the Rice (Primary 4 kg, UP/HS 6 kg) is distributed to all the parents of eligible

children during summer vacation (i.e 40 days) by involving Volunteers and

Educational Welfare Assistant of Village/Ward Secretariat of Education Department

by following the COVID-19 precautions strictly and keeping in view the restrictions

imposed due to lockdown of the Country/State. They are instructed to maintain

proper documentation and upload the details in MDM app compulsorily, without fail
