The South-Central Railway is going to run Special trains from 1.6.2020 till

further orders. The list of such trains is attached as annexure I to this order. For

ensuring that the movement of these trains does not lead to increased infection the

following precautions shall be taken.

1. In all the Railway stations mentioned in annexure I proper reception

arrangements shall be made during the operation of these trains. Teams shall

be positioned during the operation of these trains.

2. All passengers traveling between various stations situated within the state of

Andhra pradesh shall not be quarantined unless they are symptomatic. The

above can be ascertained from checking their ticket itself.

3. Every passenger shall be thermally screened on disembarkation and if he is

asymptomatic, he shall be allowed to go home without any further checking.

4. All passengers coming from other states shall be subject to the procedure given

in COVID order no. 52 i.e., passengers coming from High Incidence areas of

Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Chennai shall be

sent to 7 days Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 days Home Quarantine.

5. Exemption from institutional quarantine is given to

A) Passengers aged above 60

B) Passengers aged below 10.

C) Pregnant and lactating mothers.

D) D)Terminally ill passengers

6. The above categories shall however have to undergo 14 days home quarantine

and their swab shall be collected at the railway station.

7. Exemption is also given to passengers who are government officials on

gOvernment duty and bus inesspersons on business visits. Medical professional
