Conduct of Video Conference with the AOs (RMSA) and F&AOs of working in District Project Offices on 8-6-2020 – Agenda items communicated

All the Addl. Project Co-ordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

informed that there will be a video conference on 08.06.2020 from 03:00

PM to 05:00 PM with the FAOs & AOs (RMSA) to review on the

following items by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP,

Amaravathi

AGENDA

• Review on the work performed by the AOs(RMSA) after merger of RMSA in

Samagra Shiksha District Project Offices i.e., from 1.11.2019 to 31.5.2020

and also on Nadu-Nedu payments through STMS recently entrusted to the

AOs.

• Review on the adjustment of Bank balances of RMSA to Samagra Shiksha

Account/ P.D. Account duly reconciling the cash book and bank pass book

balances and handing over the records i.e., cash book, pass book and

cheque books etc., by the AOs to the F&AOs after merger of the RMSA in

Samagra Shiksha.

• Review on transfer of composite and other grants to SMCs, CRCs and

MRCs Bank Accounts for which Green Channel P.D. Accounts are not

opened as per this office instructions dt.12-3-2020. Details of pendency if

any.

• Reasons for not incurring the expenditure in time. At which stage the delay

is being occurred even after the release of budget from the State Office.

• Review on payment of salaries for 5/2020 are processed as per the

instructions of this office dt.5-5-2020 followed or not?

• Status of EPF & ESI recoveries and remittances upto 4/2020. If not

remitted upto date, the reasons and responsible for the lapse.

• Status of filing of Income Tax 24Q upto 31.3.20 and filing of GST upto

30.4.20.

• Status of advances released and pending for adjustment as on 31-5-2020.

Suggestions if any by the AO/FAO to clear off the advances.
