Education in the state are hereby informed in view of the pandemic situation,

start of the academic year for schools is postponed.

In order to facilitate learning and to bridge the learning gap during

Pandemic and for school preparedness, video classes are going to be telecasted

from 10-06-2020 through Doordarshan (Saptagiri Channel) daily few hours i.e.,

11.00 a.m to 12.00 noon for Bridge course ( Classes 1 to 5), from 02.00 p.m to

03.00p.m for classes 6 & 7, and from 03.00 p.m to 04.00 pm for classes 8 and

9 on all days. These video classes will help the students to improve their basic

literacy, numeracy and to revise the important concepts. All concepts which are

supposed to be covered till June end will be covered through video classes. For

Students of class 10, the program of daily two hours will continue as it is till their

examination.

The students who will be joining in Class 1 and who have already

completed class 1 and going to class 2, shall be given the Bridge course material

prepared for School readiness. Level 1 of Bridge course material shall be used for

class 1 & 2 and level 2 of Bridge course material shall be used for class 3,4 & 5.

For classes 6 to 9, concepts are introduced through video lessons.
