Certain information sought under RTI Act – Transferred under section 6(3) of RTI Act - Certain instructions
A copy of the Govt., Memo along with RTI Application of Sri
Subrahmanya
Sharmaelamuri, Kothavalasa, A.P., dated:-02.12.2019 and its
enclosures is hereby transferred to all (13) Public Information Officers, O/o the
District Educational Officers in the State under section 6(3) of RTI Act, 2005
with a request to dispose the application as it is more connected Public
Authority for the information sought for by the applicant. Also requested to
furnish the information directly to the applicant immediately under intimation
to this office and for onward submission to the Government.
