The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the
District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above,
wherein it was instructed to forward the proposals online in respect of private un-
aided school managements with regard to grant of pemission for Opening
Upgradation Provisional Recognition / Extension of temporary Recognition
Additional Sections.

Further, all the Regional Joint Director of School Educations and District
Educational Officers in the State were requested to issue necessary instructions and
communicate a copy of User Manual to all the field functionaries under their
jurisdiction.

In the reference 2nd cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education
and the District Educational Officers in the State were instructed to take necessary
action for submission of proposals for recognition and renewal of Private Unaided
Schools under their jurisdiction duly following the guidelines scrupulously.

In this regard, they are informed that:
a. The time limit for submission of proposals for the academic year 2020-21 has
been over by 31.10.2019 and by 30.04.2020 with penalty.
b. Recognition shall be valid for a period of ten academic years. The educational
agency shal, before expiry of recognition, seek renewal. However, by the end
of April every year, the educational agency shall file an affidavit to the effect
that "there is no deviation or violation of norms / rules prescribed by the
Government from time to time.
