Release of Budget towards payments of Honorarium to Cook cum Helpers (CCHs) under Mid Day Meal Programme- Sanction Orders

In continuation of the reference 6th cited, sanction is hereby accorded to

release an amount of Rs.25,83,0O,OOO/ - (Rupees Twenty five crores eighty

three lakhs only) towards the payment of honorarium to Cook cum Helpers

(CCHs) under lYid Day Meals programme to all the Districts in Annexure-I

appended to these proceedings towards payment of the arrears bills for the

month of January 2020, February, 2020 and March, 2020.

The Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is requested to surrender the

above amount to the Chief Accounts Officer to take further course of action in the

matter and kept the balance amount with AAO. Further, the Chief Accounts

Officer of this office is requested to re-distribute the above amount under the

Head of Account: 22O7-OL-ll2-lt-05-23O/234 to the District Educational

Officers as mentioned in the Annexure-I

The District Educational Officers in the State are requested to utilize the

amounts duly verifying the claims meticulously towards arrear bills of

Honorarium to the SHG/NGOs.
