తెరుచుకోనున్న రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కార్యాలయాలు🌷*
*ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు ఒక్కొక్కటిగా తిరిగి తెరుచుకోనున్నాయి. ఇందులో భాగంగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కార్యాలయాలు తెరవాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. (మంగళవారం) నుంచి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కార్యాలయాల ఉద్యోగులు విధులకు హాజరు కావాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది.
భౌతిక దూరం పాటిస్తూ... కార్యాలయాల్లో విధుల్లో పాల్గొనాలని సూచనలు ఇచ్చింది. అలాగే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌కి వచ్చే వారికి సీరియల్‌ ప్రకారం భౌతిక దూరం పాటించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది*
*కాగా లాక్‌డౌన్‌ నేపథ్యంలో రెడ్‌, ఆరెంజ్‌, గ్రీన్‌ జోన్లలో లాక్‌డౌన్‌ ఆంక్షలను సడలిస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదివారం రాత్రి మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీనిప్రకారం రెడ్‌, ఆరెంజ్‌, గ్రీన్‌ జోన్లలోని ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలన్నీ పనిచేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది
with a view to mitigate hardship faced by the public in registering their
documents in the State, after due consideration, Government has decided to
open all ofices or the Sub-Registrar offices (SROS) in the State (outside
containment zone), duly rolowing all standard Operating Procedures (SoPs)
s per Ministry of Home Affairs & Govt. of Andhra Pradesh directions issued
rom time to time:
1. Wearing or race mask is compulsory in all public places, and
Workplaces at S.R.0./D. R.Os/D.I.6. offices by all staff members as
well by general public
All staff members of S.R.O./D.R.Os/D.I.Gs shall maintain social
distance at work places including registering public.
3. Presentation of documents /admission of execution of
parties/witnesses may called serially by malntaining social distance
or brt among them during the process of registration of documents
otherwise by issuing tokens.
4. Sub Registrars shall called the parties on first come first serve basis
duly adhering to the norms of social distancing/disinfection
measures among registering public and shall take proper care in
handling the thumb impression of parties, touch points of
documents by applying disinfection measures for each point of
contact of registering parties.
. Al biometric devices shall be dleaned with disinfectant material well
before its operation and every time of point of contact and after
operation.
. All Payments in S.R.Os shall be online and priority shall be glven
for P.D.E. documents.
Suo Registrars snall encourage the registration services of Grama
Sachivalayams.
8. Sub Registrars & Staff shall handle the documents/Physical Stamp
papers/ books with due care as per the precautionary measures
ISSued to prevent spreading of COVID-19 virus.
9. All areas in the office premises of S.RS/D. R.s/D.I.G.s including the
following shall be disinfected completely.
