In the reference 1st and 2nd cited, Government have approved to take

up the Basic infrastructure works with nine (9) Components for improving

infrastructure facilities in all the schools under Mana Baadi; Naadu Nedu

Program and 703 Municipal schools were selected in 1st Phase as informed by

the School education Department.

In the reference 6th cited, a Video Conference was held on 07.05.2020

ON Naadu-Nedu by the Schools Education Department. During the VC, the

School Education Department has suggested that, the Naadu-Nedu Munici

Schools which are falling in Containment Zones or in Red Zone ULBs, where

work is hindered and cannot be continued due to Covid-19 Pandemic protocol,

can be shifted to other ULBS so that the ULBs on a whole do not lose out on

the Naadu-Nedu Phase-1 program and therefore, requested to identify and

send the required proposals.

In this regard, the required proposals for re-distributing the Municipal

Schools falling in Containment Zones/Red Zones in Urban Areas to other ULB
