ORDER:

Govt. vide G.O.Ms.No.2S have released Vote on account budget for

the financial year 2020-21 under HOA : 4202-01-202-Il-06-210-217-VN

for Rs.200 crores (Two hundred crores only) for taking up the 'Painting

to schools and Green Chalk boards " works sanctioned in phase-l

Programme.

2. The proceedings issued vide reference 3rd clted is hereby

cancelled and revised distribution orders to 13 APCs are issued as

shown in the table.

3. Hence to ensure all the Painting and Green Chalk Boards are

grounded immediately. Rs. 2OO Cr (Two hundred Crores ) has been

released from Samagra Shiksha Green channel PD account to the newly

opened Green Channel PD Accounts of the Additional Project

Coordinators in the Districts for onward transfer to the Parent

Committees and the Vendors as per the procedures laid down vide the

GO MS No.87. The distribution of the funds to 13 APCs shall be as

follows.
