In the reference 13 cited orders were issued by the Commissioner of School

Education, AP to cancel the Summative Assessment II Examinations for the Classes

VI to IX and declare the students of Classes VI to IX as " ALL PASS" due to

precautionary measure to counter the spread of novel corona virus (COVID-19) and

lockdown imposed by the government.

Hence, all the DEO & Ex-Officio Project coordinators Addl. Project

Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby directed to take immediate

action as per the above orders and see that the promotion lists are prepared for the

Classes VI to IX of KGBV students of their respective district by 30-04-2020 and

report compliance.
