Attention is invited to the referenc 2nd read above, whercin all the Additional Project Coordinators in the state are hereby informed that the Government in the
reference 1t cited have informed that no services shall e contracted and


outsourced without the prior concurrence of th
FinanceDepartment and the
approval of the Government.

Whereas, it has come to the notice of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati that in some districts certain appointments were made, inspite of issuing the orders in the reference 1 read above.

Therefore, all the DPO/APC in the state are hereby instructed to submit the



details of appointments made, if any, along with the note orders and appoin tment
orders ol the appointments made by them to this office by 30/04/2020.
